Some things really do have to be seen to be understood.

Winnie Harlow , the supermodel who’s famous for having the skin condition Vitiligo, has posted a series of photos to celebrate her 31st birthday.

Vitiligo changes the pigmentation of a person’s skin, causing them to appear to have white patches or spots.

Today, Harlow is one of the most well-known people with Vitiligo, and continues to help demystify its stigma in the public eye.
